Shipping Times
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic Shipping: 7-15 business days after order processing
- International Shipping: 15-30 business days after order processing
Please note that shipping times do not include weekends and public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress in real-time through our shipping partner's tracking system.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. All applicable shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Customs and Delays
International orders may be subject to customs inspection and duties. These additional costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees. Customs delays may add 5-10 additional business days to delivery times.
